Refund Policy

30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund, without having to justify your decision.

This period is more generous than the legal obligation of 14 days, because we want you to have time to fully test your AquaBubble.

Products eligible for refund:

• ✅ Product in perfect working condition
• ✅ All included accessories (remote, cables, manual)

Special cases:

• 🔧 Defective product: Immediate refund, even after 30 days
• 📦 Delivery error: Refund + return costs covered
• 🚚 Damaged package: Full refund without return required
