2. PURPOSE

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between AquaBubble Store and its customers for the online sale of LED aquarium lighting products.

3. PRODUCTS

AquaBubble Store sells LED aquarium lighting systems with integrated bubble generators. Products comply with US and international regulations.

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed in US dollars including all applicable taxes. AquaBubble Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the price shown at the time of order being the only applicable price for the buyer.

5. ORDERS

Orders are firm and final upon payment validation. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. In case of stock shortage, the customer will be immediately informed.

6. PAYMENT

Payment can be made by:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery ($5 surcharge)

Payment is secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.

7. SHIPPING

Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days in the USA
Shipping costs: Free over $50, otherwise $8.90
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

Delivery is made to the address specified during the order. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

This period runs from receipt of the product. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at returns@aquabubble-store.com.

9. WARRANTIES

Legal warranty: 2 years
Manufacturer warranty: 2 years
Satisfaction guarantee: 30 days satisfied or money back

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and conformity issues. It does not cover normal wear, damage due to misuse or accidents.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and accompanied by its invoice.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defect or error on our part. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws. It is used only for processing your order and is never sold to third parties.

12. LIABILITY

AquaBubble Store cannot be held responsible for indirect or intangible damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

AquaBubble Store cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure (natural disaster, strike, war, etc.).

14. DISPUTES

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of New York will have sole jurisdiction.

You can also use consumer mediation via the appropriate platform in your jurisdiction.

15. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by US law. Any modification of the terms will be brought to the attention of customers.
